4. Pricing and Payment

4.2 Payment Terms. Payment is due as specified at the time of order. Work on your Project will begin once payment (or any agreed deposit) has been received and all required project information has been provided.

4.3 Payment Processing. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card or bank details on our servers.

4.4 Additional Work. Any work requested beyond the defined scope of a purchased Service may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before such work begins.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful and timely completion of your Project, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the Project.
  • Supply all necessary content, including text, images, product details, and other materials, where required (for example, for e-commerce or content-based Services).
  • Ensure that any content or materials you provide do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Delays in providing required information, content, or approvals may result in delays to your Project timeline.

6. Project Delivery and Approval

6.1 Previews. Where applicable, you will be given the opportunity to preview the work (such as a live preview before final approval) and request reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope.

6.2 Completion. A Service is considered complete when the agreed Deliverables have been provided to you (for example, a live or staging website, admin access, or completed configuration).

6.3 Client Materials. Content such as text, images, and product information must be provided by you where required. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete client-provided materials.

6.4 Licensed Assets. All visual elements we use in our designs are licensed or royalty-free. Editable design source files (such as PSD, Figma, or XD) and separate code archives or development repositories are not included by default and are provided only if requested and agreed upon separately.

7. Revisions and Scope

Each Service includes reasonable revisions within the agreed scope and as described on the relevant service listing. Requests that fall outside the original scope of work, or that involve significant changes after final approval, may be treated as additional work and charged accordingly.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Client Ownership. Upon full payment for a Service, you will own the final Deliverables produced specifically for your Project, except for any third-party, licensed, or royalty-free assets, which remain subject to their respective licenses.

9.2 Our Rights. Until full payment is received, all work, designs, and materials remain our property. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9.3 Third-Party Components. Some Deliverables may include third-party themes, plugins, software, or assets that are subject to their own licenses and terms. You agree to comply with any such third-party license terms.

9.4 Website Content. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of NNW Solutions LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Maintenance and Support

Unless a Service explicitly includes ongoing support, our Services are provided on a one-time basis. For example, our Website Maintenance & Updates Service is a one-time service and does not include recurring or ongoing support. Any future updates, maintenance, or support may be purchased separately.

11. SEO Disclaimer

For Services involving search engine optimization (SEO), please note that SEO focuses on technical and on-page optimization. While our work is designed to improve your website’s readiness and visibility, we do not guarantee any specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or results, as these depend on factors outside of our control, including search engine algorithms.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Services may involve the use of third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, payment gateways, or tools. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, policies, or actions of these third parties. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
